Users Terms & Conditions – Astra Automation These Users Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration, access, and use of the Astra WhatsApp Pro platform by Users, partners, or affiliates (“Users”), operated by Astra Automation. By registering as a Users, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1. Users Role & Responsibility Users act as independent partners responsible for onboarding, managing, and supporting their own clients on the Astra WhatsApp Pro platform. Users must ensure that all clients follow WhatsApp Business API and Meta platform policies. 2. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance All Users and their clients must strictly comply with: • WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy • Meta Platform Policies • Opt-in and consent-based messaging requirements Any misuse, spam, unsolicited messaging, or policy violation by a User or their clients may result in immediate suspension or termination. 3. Prohibited Activities Users are strictly prohibited from: • Promising bulk messaging or blasting • Claiming unlimited WhatsApp messages • Offering “no approval required” services • Misrepresenting WhatsApp or Meta affiliation • Using unauthorized data or purchased contact lists 4. Account Approval & Suspension Astra Automation reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any Users account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if violations are detected. Suspension may also occur due to actions taken by WhatsApp or Meta. 5. Payments & Commercial Terms All commercial arrangements, commissions, pricing, and payouts are governed by separate written agreements, if applicable. Astra Automation is not responsible for disputes between Users and their clients. 6. Platform Availability Service availability, message delivery, number approvals, and quality ratings depend on third-party providers including WhatsApp and Meta and are not guaranteed. 7. Confidentiality Users must maintain confidentiality of platform access, pricing, documentation, and internal processes. 8. Limitation of Liability Astra Automation shall not be liable for any losses, penalties, account bans, or damages resulting from Vendor or client misuse of the platform. 9. Modification of Terms These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 10.
