Users must use the platform only for lawful, ethical, and permission-based messaging. Any form of spam, unsolicited messaging, bulk blasting, or policy violations is strictly prohibited. 2. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance All users must comply with: • WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy • Meta Platform Policies • Opt-in and consent requirements Astra Automation is not responsible for account restrictions, bans, or penalties imposed by WhatsApp or Meta due to user misuse. 3. Account Registration & Security Users must provide accurate and valid information during registration. Disposable or temporary email addresses are not allowed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4. Vendor & Client Responsibility Vendors are responsible for: • Onboarding clients correctly • Educating clients about WhatsApp compliance • Ensuring message consent from end users Any misuse by vendors or their clients may result in account suspension or termination without notice. 5. Service Availability We strive to provide uninterrupted service; however, uptime, delivery rates, or approval timelines are not guaranteed and depend on third-party providers including WhatsApp and Meta. 6. Payments & Refunds All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Setup fees, API fees, and third-party charges are governed by WhatsApp and Meta policies. 7. Account Suspension & Termination Astra Automation reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating policies, terms, or applicable laws, without prior notice. 8. Limitation of Liability Astra Automation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including account bans, data loss, or revenue loss caused by third-party platforms. 9. Modifications We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms. 10.
